Rules & Policies

We ask that you treat our cottage and neighbors with respect and consideration as you would at your own home. We are located in a residential neighborhood, the Town of Fort Erie states local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am. Absolutely no parties, loud music and un-registered overnight guests. The renter whose name made the reservation is responsible for all guests occupying the cottage. Please be sure to lock all doors and windows when not at the property and when checking out. All food and beverages must be removed from the fridge/freezer and cupboards, failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. Renters are liable for any damages or loss to the property caused by them or anyone else occupying the cottage during their stay. There is no smoking inside the cottage.

• Check‑in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am sharp (unless other arrangements have been made)
• Only the renter whose name is on the reservation will be able to check in/out, and will be responsible for all individuals occupying the cottage
• During your stay and upon checking out, please leave the cottage as you found it - clean and tidy
• Quiet times are between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am
• No smoking /vaping is permitted inside the cottage - including the front porch
• No parties 
• No pets allowed 
• Guests are expected to follow the posted instructions for garbage, and recycling
• Renters are liable for any and all damages and/or loss to the cottage property 
• There are two available parking spaces
